Take the first step towards clarity and confidence with the trusted professionals at iNeuron ADHD Clinic. Below are stages of our assessment process.
Stage 0: Referral & Screening
Referral Form Submission
- You begin by completing our referral form, which asks for background information about your medical history, any current symptoms, and the main concerns prompting you to seek an ADHD assessment.
- This form helps us understand whether our clinic is the right fit for your needs.
Screening Review
- Our administrative and clinical team will review your referral form to verify that an ADHD assessment is appropriate for you.
- If we confirm suitability, you will be offered an appointment for the Intake Assessment (Stage 1). Otherwise, we may suggest other relevant services or resources.
Fee: No fee for this initial stage.
Stage 1: Intake Assessment & Clinical History
Teleconference Evaluation (Zoom)
- Once your referral is approved, you’ll schedule a 60–90 minute Zoom meeting with one of our clinicians.
- During this session, the clinician will take a comprehensive history, including any physical or mental health issues, family history, and your current challenges.
Psychometric Rating Scales
- You may be asked to complete standard questionnaires or rating scales. These tools help quantify your symptoms (such as inattention, impulsivity, or hyperactivity) and their impact on your daily life.
Duration: 60–90 minutes
Fee: 650 EUR
Why This Stage Is Important:
This is a crucial step for gathering in-depth information about you. It sets the foundation for accurate diagnosis by identifying potential ADHD symptoms and any other factors that may be influencing your well-being.
Stage 2: Online Qb Test
Remote Computer-Based Test
- The Qb Test is taken online and requires a computer or laptop with a functioning webcam.
- It measures attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity objectively by tracking your responses and movements in real-time.
Analysis by ADHD Specialist Doctors
- After you complete the Qb Test (which lasts about 30 minutes), the data is analyzed by our team of ADHD specialists.
- This test offers a clear, quantitative view of your symptoms, complementing the clinical history gathered in Stage 1.
- Duration: ~30 minutes
- Fee: 400 EUR
Why This Stage Is Important:
Unlike interviews and self-reported scales, the Qb Test provides an objective measurement of core ADHD symptoms, allowing us to compare your performance to normative data.
Stage 3: Formulation & Diagnosis
Teleconference Review (Zoom)
- You’ll have another online session with our ADHD specialists, who will discuss the findings from both your clinical history (Stage 1) and the Qb Test (Stage 2).
- If needed, a Consultant Psychiatrist may join to address more complex issues or coexisting mental health concerns.
Diagnosis & Treatment Plan
- Based on all the gathered information, a formal diagnosis is provided if criteria are met.
- The team will then outline a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy, or lifestyle interventions.
Duration: 30–45 minutes (approximately)
Fee: 450 EUR
Why This Stage Is Important:
Bringing together clinical interviews, rating scales, and objective testing ensures an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis. You’ll also understand the rationale behind your treatment plan.
Stage 4: Medication Commencement & Titration
Medication Initiation (If Recommended)
- If medication is advised as part of your treatment plan, our specialists will determine the best starting prescription for you.
- You’ll receive clear guidance on dosage, potential side effects, and what to monitor in the coming weeks.
Follow-Up Reviews
- To fine-tune the dosage and track effectiveness, you will typically have 3–6 brief phone consultations with our team. Each call is about 10 minutes.
- These reviews allow for dosage adjustments and ensure you are responding well to the medication.
- Before this review we would need your Blood Pressure , Heart Rate , Weight ,Height and BMI ( Body Mass Index ) checked .
Duration: Each review lasts about 10 minutes (done over the phone).
Fee: 100 EUR per review
Why This Stage Is Important:
Medication management is often a key component of ADHD treatment. These short but regular check-ins help ensure you find the optimal medication and dosage with minimal side effects.
